Ai Saleggi Pedestrian/Cycle Bridge

The pedestrian/cycling mobility of Bellinzona and its surrounding areas is incentivized by the project of the new bridge “ai Saleggi”, an important structure at the service of the citizens in their daily life and the tourists who want to explore and admire the beauty of Bellinzona region on two wheels.
The lighting project of the bridge, which is 152 meters long and 3 meters wide, has taken into account the levels of illuminance required by the relevant legislation. The installed luminaries are linear recessed wall luminaires with a diffused and homogeneous light distribution along the entire surface. In order to integrate them with the architectural structure, for those elements installed in the metal carpentry of the bridge, a corten steel housing box has been provided.
