Floating rings

In order to enrich the entrance of a prestigious villa in Russia, a ring-shaped suspended light fitting has been ideated and expressly made for this application.
This custom-made light fitting has been manufactured with a body in calendered extruded aluminium, protection degree IP40, diffuser in opal PMMA for LED module 193W, 48Vdc, colour temperature 3000K warm white, CRI≥90. Ø=1000mm and equipped with remote driver.
In order to offer multiple manufacturing options, many studies have been carried out about the section of the light fitting and its possible finishes.
Both internal and external finishes can be totally customized in the following varieties:
- leather, hide, lasered leather, crocodile, python, coco lasered leather;
- rhinestones on leather, gem stones on leather, Swarovski on leather;
- gold foil, platinum foil, silver foil, burnished metal, chrome, white/black metal;
- birch, oak, beech, cherry wood, elm, ebony.
